You can do the wildflowers in a 6 hr or so day tour with lunch at a wonderful restaurant in a renovated old traditional Cape Dutch farm house..or if you are short of time 3 to 4 hours or spend 2 to 4 Nights wandering the flower region with a private guide or on a self drive.

What follows is a rough outline to see the Cape wildflowers with varying amount of nights.
This can be a self drive where we will reserve the vehicle, the lodging and give you a places of interest to stop at or it can be a guided tour so you can focus on the scenery.
Day 1: Depart Cape Town head to Postberg for 2 to 3 hours then head to Citrusdal or Clanwilliam for the night depending on where the better viewing is.
Day 2: After local viewing head to Nieuwoudtville.
Day 3: Niewoudtville….you could return to Cape Town this mid afternoon or continue further North
Day 4:After local viewing head up to Namaqua National Park area.
Day 5: Namaqua Park/Kamieskroon/Goeqab park near Springbok viewing where ever better as well as the possibility of a beach camp.
Day 6: Head to Upington where you can fly onto Johannesburg/Kruger National Park or treat yourself to a Safari experience in South Africa’s largest Safari park the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park which contrasts well with a South Africa Safar in Kruger National Park.
